Return Policy – PT Sodafresh Indonesia

At Sodafresh, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy is designed to provide clarity while prioritizing hygiene and safety.

No Returns Accepted

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will promptly address the issue with a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

General Warranty

All Sodafresh soda makers come with a 12-month warranty. Specific warranty details may vary by product; please refer to the respective product page for more information.

Eligibility for Returns

While returns are generally not accepted, unopened and unused products may be considered for return within 14 days. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is provided.

Note: Used bottles cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Return

To initiate a return or report an issue, contact us at refill@sodafresh.co.id. Our team will guide you through the process. All returns and exchanges must be processed at our designated center in Indonesia.

Wrong Items Received

If you received the wrong item or part of your order is missing, please accept our sincere apologies. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s), and we will assist you in correcting the order.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for defective items, which must be reported within 14 days of receipt. The defective item must be assessed at our designated center in Indonesia. Refunds will be issued as store credits or via the original payment method.

Note: Refunds for orders paid with promotional vouchers will deduct the value of the voucher, which will not be reissued or reimbursed. Refund processing may take up to 21 days.

Exchanges

You may exchange items for products of equal or lesser value. Any unused balance will not be refunded, and a top-up is required for exchanges involving higher-value items.

Return of CO2 Cylinders

Sodafresh CO2 cylinders are provided under license and remain our property. If you no longer need them, you may return empty CO2 cylinders without exchange for a return fee of S$2.50 per cylinder at our designated center in Indonesia.

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations or modifications up to 2 working days before the scheduled delivery slot. After this time frame, cancellations or modifications are not possible. If needed, you can visit our center in Indonesia for a refund or exchange, with a processing fee of 4% plus any delivery fees.
