Our products are available at retailers around the country, but can also be purchased directly from our online store, sodafresh.co.id. For purchases in our online store, the following terms of sale apply and when you buy from a dealer their sales conditions apply of course.

In order to shop at sodafresh.co.id you need to be a private person of at least 18 years. If you are under 18 years old then you must ask your legal guardian (parent or other) to approve the order. This is because minors under Indonesian law cannot enter into contracts, and therefore cannot enter into a purchase agreement.

ORDERING

You can order the products you want on our website, www.sodafresh.co.id, and if you need help with your order or sign up as a customer, you are welcome to contact our customer service by e-mail, refill@sodafresh.co.id , or by phone, +62 (0)8119703806. As you place your order, you have automatically accepted our terms of sale and allow us to save your data in our customer database. A contracts for a purchase exists only after you have received a confirmation from us at the email address you specified.

Prices and product descriptions
All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah

We always try to describe our products in text and images so that they are fully compliant with the products we deliver, but errors in pricing and product information, or otherwise on the website can not be totally excluded. At any errors, we reserve the right to correct these. We also reserve the right of price adjustments, the final sale, changes to technical specifications and any other unforeseen error on our side. We also reserve the right not to accept orders that are defective in any way.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you place your order with us you state your personal data. In connection with your registration and ordering you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. You have under the Privacy Act the right to obtain the information we have stored about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that information be corrected or deleted. Contact us now by email or phone. We are committed to not disclose the information you provide to us to third parties if it is not for your benefit.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At checkout you can choose between different shipping methods, and you will see what shipping will cost. Orders over 2.000.000 IDR are delivered free of charge if somehow possible. If we can deliver to the requested address then we will charge as per outlay if there is no set rate from our side.

Normally, your order leaves our warehouse within two days (weekdays) from the time you placed the order. This is provided the item is in stock in sufficient numbers. Once the goods have left our warehouse the delivery responsibility is transferred to the shipping company that delivers your order. We cannot provide any delay guarantee for goods not in stock at the time of ordering or after goods have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the goods reach you may be longer than what is specified as normal for the chosen shipping method.

For some parts of Jakarta or Bali expect a time delay compared to the delivery times indicated on the website. We do not ship nationwide yet but please contact us at refill@sodafresh.co.id if you still want to order.

In case of excessive delivery delays, or if we, for any reason, cannot deliver the goods you ordered, you always have the right to cancel the purchase. In addition to your right to cancel the purchase in such cases, we are not obligated to pay any other compensation. Contact our customer service if you wish to cancel your purchase.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Undelivered goods returned to us by the shipping company are an additional cost to us. For all packets that are not picked up or cannot be delivered, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of return shipping, handling fee, currently 200.000 IDR.

PAYMENT

Sodafresh offers a third-party payment gateway checkout to its customers.

A third-party payment gateway checkout means that you as a customer can choose to pay by credit or with debit card or direct bank payment. All these options are administered by a third-party payment gateway.

If you select the third-party payment gateway checkout as a payment option it may mean that it is carried out as a credit, upon satisfactory credit check a receivable for a purchase with a third-party payment gateway checkout is created who then is responsible for notification and payment receipt. The third-party payment gateway terms and conditions apply.

RETURNS

Your withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 7 days. If you want to exercise your rights, you need to inform us in writing. The cooling-off period starts the day you receive the goods or a substantial part of it. If the contract is a specially made – or with a distinct individualized touch, the withdrawal period starts on the day we received the details.

You have no right of withdrawal if: The product due to its nature cannot be returned or if the seal has been broken or the product has been used.

When you use your right of withdrawal: You are required to keep the product in as good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it. If the goods are damaged or lost because you are careless, you lose the right of withdrawal.

Repayment Obligation: We will, if you use your right, pay back what you paid for the item immediately or within 30 days from the date we received the goods. See also Consumer Agency Distance Contracts and E-commerce. Shipping fees to return goods are at your expense.

RETURNS (HOW TO)

If you want to make a return, please contact us directly via email, refill@sodaresh.co.id, or call +62 (0)8119703806. We need the following information:

1) Order number (found in your order confirmation, delivery note or invoice)

2) Your name and contact information

3) the number and names of the products to be returned

Before the goods are sent back, we will confirm that the return is accepted, and that the withdrawal period has not yet passed. Returns are at your own expense unless the product is defective or if we have packed the wrong product. Returns must be sent by mail or packages, not COD. For exchanges, we will pay the new shipment from us to you.

This Sodafresh tank remains the property of Sodafresh Indonesia or its affiliated. It should be maintained and refilled by Sodafresh. Unauthorized refilling of a Sodafresh tank by a third party could be risky, illegal, and may violate Sodafresh’s rights. Sodafresh only warrants the safety of Sodafresh tank refilled by it, bearing a Sodafresh valve seal. When empty, please return tank to Sodafresh or an authorized Sodafresh dealer in exchange for a full Sodafresh tank, for the price of the gas refill only, or you may return this tank in good condition without exchanging it and receive a return fee of IDR 25.000.
