How to return for a refund

Orders that are part of the “10 day risk free promo” made at sodafresh.co.id are entitled to a 10-day satisfaction guarantee period, allowing them to return their set for a full refund within 10 days.

Please make sure to read our return policy before you proceed with the return process.

1. Send a WA to Sodafresh Customer Service (08119703806)

Use the order number you got when ordering in our webshop.

Attach a copy/ photo of the invoice to your message.

Get the “ready to ship” confirmation from the Sodafresh Customer Service. Do NOT send us the machine before that please.

2. Send the Set with a courier of your choice to

Please package your Soda Maker Set carefully. We advise shipping your device in its original box, placed in a bigger box with bubble wrap to prevent damage.

PT Soda Fresh Indonesia is not responsible for damage during delivery.

To be eligible for a full refund the product needs to be in good condition, clean, original packaging, complete (tank, soda maker, carbonation PET bottle).

Send a copy/ photo of the courier company shipping receipt to your message.

3. Receive your refund

You will be issued a refund within 10 business days from the date your returned item arrives at our returns centre and is processed by our staff.

Please note it may take longer during holiday periods.

Satisfaction guarantee returns

Returns that are eligible for a refund within the 10-day satisfaction guarantee must include all items received after ordering at sodafresh.co.id (this means your Soda Maker, plastic bottle(s) and CO2 tank(s) – if applicable). Products may have been used, but it’s necessary to return all items.

Please note that any differences between what you ordered and what you returned to us need to be handled manually by our team and therefore require extra time to process. This means your refund will not be issued within the standard estimated time stated. Sodafresh also reserves the right to charge you for extra shipping and handling costs in this case.
